Robert Pearce Obituary, Deacon In Pryorsburg Independent Bible Methodist Church Has Sadly Passed Away

Robert Pearce Obituary, Death –  He passed away at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, Kentucky, on the evening of Sunday, March 31, 2024, at 8:59 o’clock in the next year. It has been announced that Mr. Robert Lynn Pearce, who resided in Mayfield, Kentucky, and was 75 years old, has gone away.

His retirement from the Printing Department at Murray State University allowed him to devote his time to serving as a Deacon at the Pryorsburg Independent Bible Methodist Church, where he was also a devoted member of the community.

Mr. Pearce is survived by his son, Chad Pearce, who is married to Christina and lives in Mayfield, Kentucky; his sister, Wanda Curtis, who is married to James and lives in Russellville, Kentucky; his four grandchildren, Katie (Justin) Clapp, Hunter (Raeven) Pearce, Emily Courtney, and Whitney (Cory) Cullen; and his four great-grandchildren, Riley Clapp, Blake Clapp, Memphis Pearce, and Wrenley Cullen have also survived him.

Prior to his own passing, both of his parents, William Robert “Buster” Pearce and Lou Ella Moore Pearce, had also already passed away. Rita Stephenson Pearce, who was his wife, also passed away prior to his own passing. At two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, funeral services will be held at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Kentucky.

A ceremony that will be presided over by the Reverend Mickey Fowler will take place. After everything is said and done, the burial will take place at the Mount Olive Methodist Church cemetery. On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, commencing at eleven o’clock in the morning, the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Kentucky will be open for visitation. The ceremony will take place on Wednesday.

At the funeral service, the pallbearers will be Rocky Lucy, Floyd Luckey, Dennis Luckey, Gayle Clapp, David Kennemore, and Greg Ehler. They will serve each other as pallbearers respectively. As the Honorary Pallbearer, Richard Keith Osborne will be in charge of the ceremony.
