Johnny Clark Obituary, A Resident Of Louisville, Alabama Has Passed Away

Johnny Clark Obituary, Death –  At the Southeast Health facility in Dothan, Alabama, Johnny David Clark, who resided in Louisville, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024. The age of the man was 68. At ten o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, funeral services will be place at Louisville Baptist Church in Louisville, Alabama. The Reverend Mike Whitman will preside over the ceremony, while Glover Funeral Home will preside over the arrangements.

There will be a private cemetery service for the family. At the Glover Funeral Home in Clayton, Alabama, there will be a visitation on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from five o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening. Donations in lieu of flowers can be sent to the Louisville Baptist Church, care of The Gathering, at PO Box 115 Louisville, Alabama 36048, or to the Louisville Fire & Rescue, care of Janice Clark, at PO Box 125 Louisville, Alabama 36048. Both of these organizations will be grateful for your support.

Johnny was born in Troy, Alabama on August 15, 1955. His parents, William Council and Doris Vernon Kennedy Clark, both passed away before his birth. Over the course of more than four decades, he was employed by American Buildings Company in Eufaula, Alabama, in the research and development unit. In his spare time, he enjoyed activities such as fishing, hunting, and camping; nevertheless, the thing that he loved the most was his family and the time he spent with them.

Johnny was a devoted member of Louisville Baptist Church, as well as a member of the Greens Crossroads Fire Department, Louisville City Council, and the Louisville Fire and Rescue Department. His parents, his grandson, Thomas Stell, his two brothers, Donald Ray Clark and Lance Clark, his sister, Mary Ryals, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Martha Williams, all passed away before him.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Judy Williams Clark; his son, Jonathan Clark, who is married to Mary Frances and lives in Comer, Alabama; his daughter, Kristy Clark Stell, who is married to Wayne and lives in Clayton, Alabama; his brother, Billy Wayne Clark, who lives in Louisville, Alabama; his four grandchildren, Hayden Stell, Connor Stell, Lorelai Clark, and Julie Catherine Clark; his aunt, Joyce Harris; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Jay Clark, Heath Clark, Rustin Clark, Scott Little, Billy Jack “BJ” Williams, Zach Williams, Christopher Ryals, and Carl Childree will serve as active pallbearers. Other pallbearers include Christopher Ryals. Thomas Bergquist, Stephen Doss, and Jimmy Bell will serve as honorary pallbearers at the funeral service.
