Myrtle Kaiser Obituary, Cuba City, Wisconsin, Former Clerk At Walmart Has Passed Away At Age 92

Myrtle Kaiser Obituary, Death –  Myrtle E. “Myrt” Kaiser, who resided in Cuba City, Wisconsin, left this world on Thursday, March 28, 2024. She was 92 years old. On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11:30 a.m., a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis de Sales Church in Hazel Green, Wisconsin. The Reverend Peter Auer will preside over the ceremony. The church cemetery will be the location of the burial.

The Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, Wisconsin will be hosting a visitation on Wednesday from nine in the morning until eleven in the morning. Her parents, Arthur and Emma (Dausner) Kruse, welcomed their daughter Myrt into the world on July 24, 1931, in the city of Dubuque, Iowa. On February 7, 1953, she and Ireneaus Kaiser exchanged their vows and became husband and wife. On the 2nd of December in 1981, he passed away before she did.

During her thirty years of employment at Walmart, Myrt was a clerk, and she found great pleasure in interacting with the customers. In addition to that, she assisted Ireneaus on the family farm. Myrt was a skilled gardener who also enjoyed activities such as bingo, playing cards, crossword puzzles, embroidery, and sewing at her leisure. While Myrt was away on her travels, she had a passion for collecting salt and pepper shakers as souvenirs.

Myrt is survived by her five children: Judy Runde (Greg) Runde, Sullivan, Wisconsin; Nancy Meyer (Verl) Meyer, Eldridge, Iowa; Ronald Kaiser (Connie) and Kenneth Kaiser (Lisa), both of Cuba City; and Earl Kaiser (Theresa), Platteville, Wisconsin; a son-in-law, Dave Sue, Belmont, Wisconsin; three sisters-in-law, Mary Kruse, Lois Kaiser, and Germaine Hying; seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.

Her parents, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Olivia Kaiser, her daughter, Linda Sue, her sister, Donna Kruse, two brothers, Elmer (Ruth) Kruse and Duane Kruse, a sister-in-law, Jeanette (Harvey) Schroeder, and two brothers-in-law, Norbert (Grace) Kaiser and Jerome Kaiser, all passed away before her. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Linda Sue, her sister, Donna Kruse, her sister, Donna Kruse, and her sister-in-law, Donna Kruse.
