Carolyn Titzer Obituary, Former Manager At Subway In Deaconess Hospital Has Sadly Passed Away

Carolyn Titzer Obituary, Death –  Deaconess Gateway Hospital was the location where Carolyn C. (Elpers) Titzer, who resided in Evansville, Indiana and was 80 years old at the time of her dying, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024. The 29th of October, 1943 found Carolyn Elpers being born in the city of Evansville, Michigan. Both of her parents, Sylverius Elpers, Sr. and Valeria (Rexing), had already passed away before to the birth of their daughter.

Her position at the Subway restaurant that was situated within Deaconess Hospital was that of a manager. Over the course of her whole life, Carolyn was a committed member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Her go-to activity whenever she had some extra time was to go to the YMCA and get some exercise.

Baseball and NASCAR were two of Carolyn’s favorite sports. She used to watch both of them. The moments that she was able to spend with her loved ones were the ones that provided her the greatest joy. Even though her departure will be profoundly felt, she will be remembered in perpetuity after her passing.

Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Harold Titzer of Evansville, IN; sons, Jeffery Titzer (Rachel) of Lynnville, IN and Kevin Titzer (Amy Rhodes) of Evansville, IN; sisters, Rosemary Blaze (David) and Barbara “Barb” Jean Spear (Bob); brothers, Flavien Elpers (Kathy), Eugene Elpers (Earlene) and Sylverius Elpers, Jr. all of Evansville, IN; grandson, Hayden Titzer; step grandchildren, Tanner Rupple (Erin Reinbrecht), Madison Dossett (John, Jr.), Kaya Arnold and Alora Arnold; and by step great grandson, John Henry III.

As Carolyn was still a little child, both of her parents and her sister, Debbie Givens, passed away. Carolyn was also left without a sibling. On Thursday, April 4, 2024, at ten o’clock in the morning, a memorial ceremony will be held at the Browning Funeral Home, which can be found at 738 Diamond Avenue in Evansville, Indiana 47711. The service will be held in honor of Carolyn’s life.

Father Jason Gries will serve as the officiant for the event being held. Following the conclusion of the service, the burial will take place in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. The Browning Funeral Home will be serving as the location for a visitation on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, beginning at 2:00 pm and continuing until 7:00 pm. At the funeral home, there will be another visitation on Thursday, April 4, 2024, beginning at nine o’clock in the morning and continuing until the time of the service.
